The Winter time is very important to us here at Matrix Soccer Academy. We wait patiently all year to get back to the basics of what the Matrix Way is all about – mastering the motor skills necessary to become a technical player while enhancing executive functioning and external focus of attention.
As a footballer, when your focus can move away from your first touch (internal) to that of your teammates and opponents movements (external) you are now able to play in the future – the Matrix Way! Matrix provides not only physical training but a cognitive training methodology that promotes external focus and faster decision making.
